Harmony Engineering provided energy modelling services for this project including whole building energy modelling to help the project meet the City of Vancouver Rezoning Energy Targets. In addition to energy modelling, Harmony Engineering provided recommendations and reviews of possible envelope assemblies to meet targeted R-values determined during schematic design.

Holyrood Court Apartments is a four storey residential building including amenity spaces with one level of underground parkade. Total building floor area is approximately 8,900 m2. In addition to energy modelling, Harmony Engineering provided recommendations and reviews of possible envelope assemblies to meet targeted R-values determined during the preliminary energy analysis. Building Envelope Thermal Bridging Guide (BETBG) calculations were included as part of the energy modelling services as it is a requirement for NECB 2017.
