Our energy modelling team includes Professional Engineers and Energy Modellers. We work closely with all disciplines involved to achieve energy efficiency goals, while understanding the importance of project schedules and budget constraints. We model both new and existing buildings, provide pre- and post-construction services, including Building Permit and Occupancy Permit Energy modelling documentation, as well as general energy advice. For Part 3 projects involving commercial and residential buildings, we utilize advanced modeling software such as eQuest and IESVE. We are also BEMP and CPHD certified should your project require any additional sign off.
