The Gardens at Century Park

The Gardens at Century Park is a seven-storey, 278-unit residential building, which includes one level of underground parking. Harmony Engineering provided energy modelling services to ensure compliance with the City of Edmonton’s energy requirements, NECB 2017. Our scope included a preliminary energy model, followed by building permit modelling, and a final post-construction energy model to confirm the occupancy permit requirements were met.
