Harmony Engineering provided energy modelling services for this five-storey, 102-unit residential building with commercial spaces and an underground parkade, ensuring compliance with Step 1 of the BC Energy Step Code. In addition to energy modelling services, we provided a final airtightness test post-construction to verify the building’s airtightness.
