Selkirk Student Housing

Harmony Engineering provided energy consulting services for the three-storey student housing building, including schematic design energy modelling, building permit support, LEED Gold shadow support documentation, post-construction documentation, and whole-building airtightness testing. Our recommendations and design reviews helped enhance efficiency and ensure the building design met Step 4, the top level of the BC Step Code for Part 3 buildings.
