The four-storey residential building includes 276 units with one level of underground parking. Harmony Engineering provided comprehensive energy modelling services to ensure compliance with the energy code: NECB 2017. In addition to meeting these requirements, we explored various strategies to achieve further energy savings and greenhouse gas reductions, supporting the CMHC funding application.
