Kelowna Cross Roads – BC Housing

The building is a six-storey, 72-unit residential building with underground parking, and is targeting Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code. Our services include energy modelling to ensure compliance with BC Housing’s energy requirements, as well as supporting the CMHC Affordable Housing Fund application.
