Eagle Estates – BC Housing

Eagle Estates is a three-storey, supportive housing residential building with a care facility on the main floor. Harmony Engineering provided energy modelling services to ensure compliance with BC Housing requirements and support the CMHC funding application. The building is designed to meet Step 3 of the BC Energy Step Code. In addition to our energy modelling services during the schematic design and design development phases, we provided a mid-construction and final airtightness test, followed by post-construction energy modelling services.
