Brooklyn Block

Brooklyn Block is a ten-storey, 323-unit multi-residential building featuring two levels of underground parking. Our services ensured compliance with the NECB 2020 standard while exploring various energy conservation measures to maximize energy savings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions, supporting the CMHC funding application. We provided energy modelling services and expertise throughout the project, from the schematic design phase to construction.
