Black Jack Ski Club

The Black Jack Ski Club Lodge is a one-story building with a basement, located in the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary, just outside Rossland, BC. Our services helped the team navigate the energy code requirements specific to this building type under the BC Energy Step Code. Given the lodge’s unique needs and its seasonal operation, Harmony Engineering recommended targeted design efficiency upgrades tailored to this project. Our services included evaluating various Energy Conservation Measures and suggesting design improvements to optimize the building’s energy consumption, ultimately ensuring the project met Step 2 of the energy targets outlined in the BC Energy Step Code.
