Bighorn Maintenance Facility

Bighorn Maintenance Facility is a single-storey Administrative Office & Maintenance Facility targeting a net-zero energy performance goal. Harmony Engineering provided comprehensive energy modelling services to ensure compliance with the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) funding program, which supports municipalities in delivering sustainable projects and achieving climate goals. Our team assisted in securing FCM funding by aligning the project with the Zero Carbon Building Standard pathway, working towards a true Net Zero design. Additionally, Harmony Engineering offered valuable recommendations and energy modelling analysis during the schematic design phase, and conducted thorough design reviews including shop drawing reviews during the design development and tender phases to ensure the building’s stringent energy goals are being met.
